Helping you see the big picture.
specialized support for adults, families, children and teens with selective mutism, autism and
anxiety disorders
Your life or parenting journey feels different than you expected.
You feel like you have two children- the bubbly, chatty child you have at home and the reserved child in public.
Your child will sometimes look angry, stare blankly or hide behind you if they are asked a question (and you know they know the answer).
Your child loves a particular sport (or activity) but as soon as you arrive for their lesson, your child doesn’t participate.
You want to help your child but you feel stuck and don’t know what to do.
You’ve read all the books or been in therapy before but feel like nothing helps.
You feel frustrated or confused by your child’s behaviors. You sometimes wonder if they choose to act this way (spoiler alert- it’s most often a case of can’t not won’t!)
Does any of this sound familiar? If so, you’re in the right place. I know these situations and countless others. I work with complex profiles and help individuals understand these situations and respond with empathy and support.

Our Services
I provide teletherapy to families in North and South Carolina, as well as in-person services to families local to the Charlotte area. Teletherapy has proven to be extremely successful and often families prefer teletherapy due to the convenience. We discuss which approach (in person or virtual) would be best for your family’s situation.
